On Friday September 4th, 2015, the Organic Bylaws of the Productive State-owned Subsidiaries of Petróleos Mexicanos known Pemex Perforación y Servicios (“PPS”), PEMEX Fertilizantes (“PF”), and Pemex Etileno (“PE”) were published in the Federal Official Gazette.
Pursuant to such Organic Bylaws, the organic structure of PF and PE will be composed of: (i) a Board of Directors, (ii) General Director, and (iii) several Managers.
Regarding the organic structure of PPS, it will be composed of: (i) a Board of Directors, (ii) a General Director, (iii) several Subdirectors, and (iv) several Managers.
