On January 28th, 2016, the Federal Official Gazette published the Resolution that authorizes the start of operations of the Short Term Energy Market in the Interconnected Systems of Baja California, National, and Baja California Sur, updates the calendar that the National Center of Energy Control must observe the start of tests and operations of the Short Term Energy Market and establishes transitional provisions for its enactment.
This resolution also sets forth the terms for the start of operations of the Day-Ahead Market and the Real Time Market in these Systems.
