BALTIMORE—The Association for Corporate Growth-Maryland Deal Forum 2017 gave corporate leaders and private equity investors the chance to connect, network and make deals. Womble Carlyle serves Baltimore's private equity community, and the firm served as a sponsor of the event.

Attorneys Doug Howard and Brian Meltzer and Director of Client Service Candace Gill represented Womble Carlyle at the ACG Deal Forum 2017. The event took place May 23-24 in Baltimore's Inner Harbor.

The ACG Deal Forum 2017 gave companies in the lower middle market a chance to connect with potential investors. The target companies for the forum have cash flow of $3-15 million, annual sales of $10-125 million and a value under $150 million.
