Pryor Cashman client Aurora Capital Advisors closed another lease to luxury watchmaker Audemars Piguet. Audemars Piguet will occupy 5,171 square feet on the second floor of a building on Gansevoort Row that comes with a 200-square-foot lobby next to the famous restaurant Pastis. This will be their second boutique opening up in New York City and will be two blocks away from the Rolex store that is planned to open in the fall.

The building, residing in the Meatpacking District, has already closed leases with other world renowned brands such as Brunello Cucinelli, Frame and Belstaff.

Pryor Cashman attorneys Andrea Gendel and John Rothman represented Aurora Capital in the transaction.
