Partner Michael Swartz will serve as an instructor during the Bid Theory and Bid Practice module of the Ontario Association of Architects' (OAA) 2024 Spring Semester Admission Course. Michael's module will be presented on Wednesday, May 22nd, 2024.
Michael's session will review the legal framework in which construction bidding – and other forms of procurement – are carried on. The session will also review a set of Instructions to Bidders in an effort to demonstrate how theory and practice merge. The rationale for various clauses in the Instructions to Bidders will be explained.
