On February 5th, Together Pharma Ltd. has completed the issuance of a new series of convertible bonds, in the amount of 25,129,000 NIS to be repaid to the investors within 2 years.
Together Pharma is a medical cannabis company engaged in breeding, growing, manufacturing and marketing medical cannabis products, and was the first medical cannabis company in the Israeli Capital Market to complete a bond issuance. The issuance was made according to a Shelf Offering Report and was accompanied by a trustee.
