The Financial Times (FT) has recognized Sayenko Kharenko among the Europe's most innovative law firms in this year's FT Innovative Lawyers Report. Sayenko Kharenko is one of only three Ukrainian law firms ranked in the FT report.

The firm was "commended" in the "Innovation in Restructuring and Reorganization" category for advising Ukreximbank on the first successful debt restructuring in line with the IMF's Extended Fund Facility. The FT report observed that SK exceptional solution to the deal "ensured Ukraine met International Monetary Fund conditions to obtain." Sayenko Kharenko's project team was led by partner Michael Kharenko, alongside counsel Anton Korobeynikov, associates Marta Lozenko, Taras Shyb and Dmytro Vasylyna.
