Collas Crill's UK real estate team has continued its expansion to meet increasing demand for UK Real Estate advice within the Channel Islands with the appointment of senior associate Jeff O'Boyle.

Before arriving in Guernsey, Jeff spent 11 years with Pinsent Masons where he advised a range of top-tier businesses on high-value property and finance deals in the UK. In his new role Jeff will advise lenders and investors on all aspects of UK property transactions.  He has particular expertise in property finance,  investment, landlord and tenant matters, development, office space and retail.

His arrival bolsters the expanding UK real estate team, which last year appointed Donald Millar from Scottish firm, Brodies.

Collas Crill's UK real estate team acts for a wide spectrum of clients, on transactions in Scotland, England and Wales from within the Channel Islands. They advise on all aspects of both freehold and leasehold residential and commercial property transactions.

Collas Crill group partner and head of UK real estate, Michael Morris, said: "Our practice has experienced rapid growth in the last 12 months, having appointed new fee earners and retained a top tier status in both Chambers UK and Legal 500 rankings for 2015.

"Jeff brings a top quality skill set and he broadens the expertise that we are able to offer to our clients dealing with property across the UK.  His personality and reputation is the perfect addition to our growing team and I am delighted that he has joined us.  In addition to Jeff, Anna Douglass has also returned from maternity leave and I am excited about the future for the team".
