Asia IP has named Davies Collison Cave (DCC) as the Trade Marks Firm of the Year for 2019 at the 10th annual Asia IP Awards ceremony. Held at the Shangri-La's Far Eastern Plaza Hotel on Friday, 8 November 2019, the awards recognise the high-quality of intellectual property (IP) work by leading Asia-Pacific-based firms and attorneys.

The awards name the top trade mark, patent and copyright practices, determined by in-house counsel from Asia, Europe and the Americas. More than 5000 in-house counsel voted in the Asia IP magazine earlier in 2019.

DCC Trade Marks Group Managing Principal, Adam Sears said:

'We are honoured to have won the 2019 Asia IP award for the leading trade mark practice in Australia. This award underscores and confirms our ongoing commitment to providing quality trade mark services and advice to our local and international clients. It also highlights the expertise and dedication of the entire DCC trade mark team, including the principals, attorneys and support staff,'

Asia IP is a valuable source of intelligence for IP-owning companies in Asia, and international law firms. The magazine includes a range of in-depth features, news and analysis aimed to present and report on the key issues affecting the IP field.
