Although the SBA has announced that it will no longer process new PPP applications, the US Government is considering adding more funds to the PPP program. Given these changes, our professionals will discuss PPP eligibility (hoping more funds will be allocated to the PPP program) and will consider what is a permissible use of the PPP loan, for purposes of the loan forgiveness.
