Ogier's Katie Baxter has been named as one of the UK's best young private client practitioners.

Katie features in eprivateclient's latest UK Top 35 Under 35, the annual list of leading young private client practitioners in the UK and Crown Dependencies.

Also named a 2020 eprivatclient Channel Islands Top 35 Under 35, Katie specialises in non-contentious trust and fiduciary law and assists a wide range of professional trustees, family offices and private clients on all issues concerning trusts and foundations, including establishing, re-structuring and drafting trusts and foundations and other ancillary documents, as well as advising on structures including employee reward schemes and pensions. Based in Jersey, Katie's experience also includes the dissolution, reinstatement and migration of Jersey private companies.
