From 11 November 1997 Germany's Commerzbank will be admitted to the trade in Dutch Government, Corporate and Euro bonds on AEX Stock Exchange from its Frankfurt office. This will bring up to 22 the number of Seatholders trading in such bonds through The Amsterdam Treasury Bond Market without having an office in the Netherlands.

The total number of Seatholders that are registered with Amsterdam Exchanges without having an office in the Netherlands has grown to 48. Registration is possible for all market sectors, allowing trading in options, futures, shares and bonds (government or others).

Foreign Seatholders trading in Dutch government bonds on Amsterdam Exchanges as from 11 November 1997.
