Documents Required

Your application for a Selection Certificate should include the following documents:

  1. Application for a Selection Certificate – Investor
  2. Declaration regarding Settling in Quebec.
  3. Photocopy of passport pages bearing the photograph and identity information.
  4. Proof of all banking transactions by application and spouse/de-facto spouse in last six months immediately preceding the application.
  5. Investment Agreement.
  6. Declaration of the broker or trust company concerning identity checks
  7. Program Fees payable.
  8. Narrative document for the principal applicant and, if applicable, spouse/de-facto spouse. This should be submitted when required in writing.
  9. Certificate of marriage, divorce or death of a spouse and birth, adoption or legal custody of dependent child.
  10. Declaration by spouse or de facto spouse.
  11. Copy of the family booklet or household register.
  12. Diplomas of the principal applicant.
  13. Proof of stay in Québec for business, work, or study.
  14. Proof of family residence in Québec
