The applicant must submit the following documents for investor’s citizenship of Cyprus:

  1. Letter by the applicant or representative indicating the investment option under which the investor has submitted the application.
  2. Duly completed application form that has been signed before a Registrar of a Cypriot court or a Consular Officer.
  3. Birth Certificate of applicant, spouse, and children.
  4. Copy of passport
  5. Marriage Certificate
  6. Consent of non Cypriot parent of the child of the applicant.
  7. Copies of advertisements in a daily newspaper published on two consecutive days
  8. Two passport size photographs
  9. Curriculum Vitae
  10. Proof of clean criminal record in the form of a Certificate of Clean Criminal Record from the applicant’s country of origin and country of residence.
  11. Proof of private residence in Cyprus in the form of contract of sale, title deeds, receipt of lodging of the contract with the Lands and Surveys Department, receipt of payment of the purchase price, or copy of transfer made to the seller through a commercial banking institution in Cyprus.
  12. In case the investor applies on basis of ownership in a company that fulfills the investment requirements, then the investor must submit the following documents:
    1. Certificate of Registration of the company
    2. Certificate of shareholders issued by the Registrar of Companies or any other certificate that proves that the applicant is the beneficiary owner of the company
    3. Last three years audited accounts of the company prior to the year of filing of application.
  13. If applying as a high-ranking senior manager, the applicant must submit
    1. The employment contract.
    2. Receipt from Department of Inland Revenue
  14. Proof of Investment as per the preferred investment option:
    1. Government bonds
      • Receipts from the Treasury proving purchase of the Government bonds.
    2. Financial assets of companies
      • Titles and other documents proving purchase of financial assets.
      • Copy of wire transfer made through a commercial bank in Cyprus as proof of payment of consideration for the financial assets.
    3. Real estate, land development or infrastructure projects
      • Contract of sale
      • Title deeds
      • Receipt of lodging of contract with the Lands and Surveys Department, receipt
      • Receipt of payment of consideration of real estate or land
      • Copy of wire transfer made through a commercial bank in Cyprus as proof of payment of consideration.
    4. Purchase, creation, or participation in businesses and companies in Cyprus
      • Contract of sale.
      • Receipts of payment of consideration
      • Certificate of shareholders issued by Registrar of Companies or certificates proving that the investor has obtained beneficiary ownership in the company.
      • Copy of wire transfer made through a commercial bank in Cyprus as proof of payment of consideration.
      • Confirmation issued by the Social Insurance Department regarding the insurance income of the Cypriot employees of the company.
      • Confirmation issued by the Inland Revenues Department regarding the taxable income of the Cypriot employees of the company.
    5. Fixed Deposits in Cypriot banks
      • Confirmation from the bank regarding three year tenure of the deposit made by the applicant or company or trust in which applicant is beneficiary owner.
      • Copy of wire transfer made through a commercial bank in Cyprus as proof of payment of consideration.
    6. Impaired deposit in the Popular Bank
      • Confirmation regarding the value of deposit and the time of the impairment of the deposits.
      • Proof that investor is beneficiary owner of the company along with of Registration of the Company issued by the Registrar of Companies if the deposit had been made by a company.
