[1] All those who attend the examination must make their power of attorneys or authorization certificates ready, together with an authorized signatory list before access.
[2] If the name or number of the document is not fully stated, details on the content of the document must be provided for identifying the requested document/record. If the request is not sufficiently clear, an employee of the Authority shall assist the applicant for identifying the information, documents and records.
[3] Concrete and detailed reasons specific to the relevant document are expected separately for each document/subject for which access is requested.
[4] If the document subject to the request for access is used in a report (investigation report, phase two review report, additional opinion, etc.) the relevant section of the report must be referenced by paragraph number.
