Sayenko Kharenko's international trade team represented Khartsyzsk Pipe Plant, Ilyich Iron and Steel Works of Mariupol and related companies (Metinvest Group) in the sunset review of anti-dumping measures applied to imports into the Eurasian Economic Union of casing pipe, oilwell tubing, oil and gas piping, hot finished conventional pipes originating in Ukraine.

Our legal support included: drafting commentaries on different issues, preparing answers to the questionnaires, calculating dumping margins, etc.
