The newly appointed Commonwealth Attorney General, Nicola Roxon MP,issued a Discussion Paper on Tuesday 27 March, exploring a range of potential reforms of contract law in Australia.
Murray Deakin, a partner in our Competition & Regulatory Group, was interviewed on Wednesday 28 March by Kate Ritchie from BRR Media on these proposed contract law reforms.
Written submissions in response to the Discussion Paper are due by 20 July 2012.
