Today the High Court extended the stay on the dismissal of the injunction against Samsung selling its Galaxy 10.1 tablet. Apple's application for special leave to appeal to the High Court against the dismissal of the injunction will be heard urgently on 9 December. This morning Justice Heydon ordered that the stay continue until that application is determined meaning Samsung is prohibited from selling the Galaxy 10.1 tablet in Australia until the 9 December hearing.
