The Queensland government has launched an online
"fact checker" to provide accurate information about its
proposed laws to decriminalise abortion. Labor on Wednesday

AMA Submissions: Rural Procedural Training Programs
Reform Options
The AMA has made a submission in response to the reform
options proposed for the Rural Procedural Training Program
(RPTP). The AMA has strongly supported the RPTP
and was supportive of the proposed reform to maintain the Rural
Procedural Grants Program (RPGP) close to its
current form. However, the AMA was strongly opposed to the
redirection of funding from the GP Procedural Training Support
Program (GPPSTP) into the Rural Junior Doctor
Training Fund (24 August 2018).

methodology
The aim of this review is to develop a list of
health-based recommendations for workplace exposure standards
(WES) in Australia. The review will result in
recommendations for the workplace exposure standard values,
notations and the list of chemicals. The recommendations and
supporting information will be published in individual evaluation
reports for each chemical.
