In accordance with TST Act 397, the sums required for an appeal
bond are to be increased as from August 1, 2015.
Bond required for filing a Recurso Ordinário (ordinary
appeal) is to be increased from R$ 7.485,83 to R$ 8.183,06.
To file a Recurso de Revista (appeal on point of law), Embargos
(interlocutory appeal), Recurso Extraordinário
(extraordinary appeal), Recurso em Ação
Rescisória (appeal for relief from judgment), bond is
increased from R$ 14.971,65 to R$ 16.366,10.
