The State of Rio de Janeiro, through State Treasury Office (SEFAZ) Resolution No. 71/2017, has revoked the Rio de Janeiro SEFAZ Resolution No. 1,050/2016, which suspended the proceedings for concession, extension or renewal of tax and financial benefits in the State of Rio de Janeiro.
This revocation occurred due to the appeal filed by the State of Rio de Janeiro under the public interest civil lawsuit No. 0064397-10.2016.8.19.0000, against the injunction that prohibited the concession, extension or renewal of tax and financial benefits in the State of Rio de Janeiro.
