La Commission des valeurs mobilières de l'Ontario a
récemment annoncé que le
protocole d'entente (PE) entre diverses autorités en
valeurs mobilières du Canada concernant la surveillance des
bourses et des systèmes de cotation et de déclaration
d'opérations est en processus de modification afin
d'ajouter à titre de partie la Commission des services
financiers et des services aux consommateurs du
Nouveau-Brunswick.
Les modifications au PE entreront en vigueur le 1er
septembre 2020.
