Shaw Communications can complete its
acquisition of
Wind Mobile following the Competition
Bureau's announcement that it will not
challenge the transaction.
The Bureau noted that as a result of the transaction, Shaw will
replace WIND as a competitor to the three national wireless telcos,
Bell,
Rogers, and
Telus.
