At a recent presentation, a staff member of the Office of the
Privacy Commissioner of Canada
("Commissioner") stated that the
Commissioner plans to conduct breach record inspections this
summer. On request of the Commissioner, organizations are required
to provide copies of their records data breaches relating to
personal information. Our recent
