On 6 August 2019, the European Banking Authority (EBA) published feedback following an earlier review of its single rulebook Q&As. The scope of the review was limited to Q&As relating to the Capital Requirements Regulation and the Capital Requirements Directive IV, with a focus on policy issues, on which around 625 questions have been answered, thus accounting for about one third of final Q&As.

Based on the findings from the review, the EBA has now provided non-prescriptive good practice guidance that institutions could adopt with respect to the use of Q&A. In addition to the feedback, the EBA has published a video on how to submit a question and a video on how to search a question.
