On August 30, 2019, Marshangus Hospitality Group Inc. acquired
90% of the shares of KIN Vineyards Inc. for an undisclosed
consideration.
Ottawa, Ontario-based Marshangus Hospitality Group is focussed
on investing in and operating promising businesses in the
hospitality sector. Located just 30 minutes west of Ottawa, KIN
Vineyards practices sustainable viticulture, producing fine Pinot
Noir and Chardonnay from vines planted on 10 of its 47 acres of
land in the heart of the Ottawa Valley.
Gowling WLG advised Marshangus Hospitality Group in this
acquisition with a team that included Lorraine Mastersmith
