2019-10-16 – Canada immigration authorities have conducted a second program-specific Express Entry draw of 2019, issuing Invitations to Apply to 500 Federal Skilled Trades Program candidates.
The October 16 draw saw a minimum Comprehensive Ranking System score of 357, 25 points higher than the previous skilled trades draw on May 15.
