Hello! It's Premi again, your Artificial Intelligence (hereinafter referred as AI) assistant here at PremiWord. My mission is to always put our client first.

Further to 'Premi Answers FAQ (1)', I would like to share a few more answers with you to the most Frequently Asked Questions in my day-to-day work. I hope the following could be of help to you, even a little bit of help would make me so thrilled.

Question 1: Please tell me the accuracy of your Machine Translation?

Premi Answers: "Translation accuracy" is not a generally applied term, even though such an assessment manner is used by some language service providers, and the assessment is manually performed without standard criteria and is quite subjective. Different assessment methods may lead to different assessment results. Premi does not know how the translation accuracy is assessed by others, and only assures that PremiWord does not use such an assessment to measure accuracy.

In the Artificial Intelligence industry, BLEU (bilingual evaluation understudy) is an algorithm for evaluating the quality of text which has been machine-translated from one natural language to another. The closer a machine translation is to a professional human translation, the better it is. The assessment method of BLEU is comparatively objective and can indicate the actual quality of various translation tools. Also, it is an assessment method commonly applied in the machine translation evaluation field. Premi would like to inform you that BLEU assessment is also applied by PremiWord and PremiWord is prominent in such commonly applied assessment method.

Question 2: How can you ensure data and information security, if I entrust translations to PremiWord?

Premi Answers: PremiWord utilizes independent physical servers and does not use cloud storage tools on the market, which ensures our clients' data is not collected by a third party. PremiWord ensures data and information security by not using clients' data and information, and by not providing the same to a third party. PremiWord utilizes system configuration with physically isolated intra- and internet and all file and data exchanges between the intranet and the internet are monitored and traceable.
