Typical IP Cases of Chinese Courts in 2017". The trademark
infringement dispute case between Chateau Lafite Rothschild vs.
Shanghai Baochun Industrial Development Co. Ltd. and Shanghai Safe
Logistics Supply Chains Management P.L.C., and the trademark
infringement and unfair competition dispute case between Heze
Huiyuan Can Foods Co. Ltd. vs. Beijing Huiyuan Food & Beverage
Co. Ltd., both represented by Unitalen, were selected among the
list.
