Andrew Brandt, Director of the Jeffrey S. Moorad Center for the Study of Sports Law at Villanova Law School

Andrew Brandt is an accomplished sports executive who brings his credibility, insight and perspective to the media and education fields. He has offered analysis on sports business, legal and policy issues for national broadcast media as an on-air personality and is a frequent columnist for leading sports and news sites, including Sports Illustrated and The Athletic. Brandt is a sought-after speaker on business issues in sports, having lectured at several universities, including Villanova Law School and the University of Pennsylvania's Wharton School. His previous experience includes serving as Vice President of the Green Bay Packers from 1999-2008, where he negotiated all players' contracts, managed the salary cap, and handled all players' legal and business matters. He also hosts a podcast, The Business of Sports with Andrew Brandt.

Carlos Montoya, Former Senior Vice President & Deputy General Counsel, Philadelphia 76ers

Carlos Montoya is an experienced corporate counsel and executive, with over a decade of experience as in-house and outside counsel. Most recently, Carlos was Senior Vice President and Deputy General Counsel for Harris Blitzer Sports & Entertainment, the entity that operates the Philadelphia 76ers, the New Jersey Devils, the Prudential Center in Newark, New Jersey, Dignitas eSports, the Sixers Innovation Lab and the Sixers Youth Foundation, among other properties. Previously, he was Assistant General Counsel at Aramark Corporation, where he held various corporate counsel and compliance positions, including serving as lead counsel for Aramark's business dining division and enterprisewide supply chain group. Prior to Aramark, Carlos was an associate in the Philadelphia office of Morgan Lewis & Bockius, and an associate at Simpson Thacher & Bartlett in New York. In between firms, Carlos clerked for Judge Gene E.K. Pratter, U.S. District Court, Eastern District of Pennsylvania. Carlos graduated from the University of Virginia and the University of Pennsylvania Law School.

Adam Berger practices in the area of gaming law, with experience in litigation and corporate law.
