with the National Registry of Databases (Registro Nacional de
Bases de Datos). Under the regulation, only databases
containing personal data processed by public entities, nonprofit
companies, or entities with greater than 100,000 tax value units
must be registered.
The content of this article is intended to provide a general
guide to the subject matter. Specialist advice should be sought
about your specific circumstances.
