On April 18, 2018, the Association of the German Insurance
Industry published the results of a survey conducted by
the polling institute Forsa (source document in German). According
to the survey, the majority of small and medium-sized enterprises
in Germany are not equipped to handle the GDPR, with only 22
percent having adopted requisite measures.
