Guidelines For Filing Of Placement Memorandum - InvITs Proposed To Be Listed

SEBI vide its circular dated December 24, 20191 has
issued clarifications to the Infrastructure Investment Trusts
("InvITs") which are issuing units on private placement
basis that are proposed to be listed. The clarifications are in
relation to filing of the placement memorandum and the timelines
associated with it.
The circular shall come into effect from January 15, 2020 for
all InvITs issuing units on private placement basis and are
proposed to be listed.
