The regeneration scheme in the region of Molise has now launched and the explicit terms of the scheme are now known. The scheme initiated to revitalise the region of Molise with Foreign Direct Investment (FDI) by assisting businesses to launch in the underpopulated villages providing an enormous opportunity to the successful applicants. Italy has one of the biggest economies in the world, listed as the seventh economy globally; having the right to live in Italy and carry out business there would be an incredible opportunity for non-EU citizens. Acquiring the right of establishment within the EU and having unlimited access to move freely within and across 28 countries in Europe as well as unlimited access to a market of more than 500 million customers is a rare chance which is unlikely to come again.

If you think that you would like to take advantage of this life-changing opportunity to transform your entire future and that the Molise regeneration scheme is ideal for you, no time should be wasted in completing the Molise Business Application Procedure immediately.

Competition for this scheme will be intense and the opportunity to apply is time-constrained, in that all applications must be submitted no later than 12.00 noon on Saturday, 30 November.

The Molise region is determined to encourage FDI and revitalise its fading areas to build up prosperity in the region and has thrown open to door to individuals who have the desire, the drive and the vision to fulfil their dream. The Region has set aside a sum of €488,510 to be allocated to each successful applicant, providing the sum of €24,000 to be paid in three instalments of €8,000 each year for three years. Due to the limited resources available, if you do not apply immediately, there is a real risk that you will miss the opportunity as funding will be allocated to other applicants.

The lawyers at Giambrone can assist applicants with their applications to ensure that there are no errors or omissions that could result in immediate rejection. We can also provide the services of a fully qualified accountant from our internal tax and accountancy team to draft a feasibility project to make certain all the legal and tax requirements are adhered to. The following documents are required with the application:

  1. Application notice, containing the declaration of possession of the requisites required by art. 3 and certifying the commitment to take up residence in a municipality within the Molise region with a population of fewer than 2000 inhabitants;
  2. Feasibility project, an outline of the activity that an applicant intends to start accompanied by a comprehensive financial plan;
  3. Curriculum vitae of the applicant.
