Post-Brexit sanctions response paper published

On 2 August 2017, the UK government published its response to the consultation on the UK's future legal framework for imposing and implementing sanctions. The response paper sets out proposals as to how the UK intends to impose and implement sanctions in order to comply with obligations under the UN Charter, which are currently established under the European Communities Act 1972. Brexit minister visits Jersey
