Today General provisions applicable to Financial Technology Institutions, General Provisions referring to Article 58 of the Law to Regulate Financial Technology Institutions and Rules applicable to Electronic Payment Funding Institutions were published in the Official Gazette of the Federation.
With these regulations the legal framework applicable to crowdfunding, cryptocurrencies and electronic payments is complete, including the authorization process to operate as fintech.
