Con motivo de la actualización del Sistema Único
de Autodeterminación (SUA), el 2 de marzo de 2017, el
Instituto del Fondo Nacional de la Vivienda para los Trabajadores
(INFONAVIT), incorporó la versión de ese sistema con
el número SUA 3.4.9 para implementar la reforma
constitucional que creó la Unidad de Medida y
Actualización (UMA) al cálculo y determinación
del pago de aportaciones de vivienda.
Con esa versión, se implementa la forma del
cálculo de amortización de crédito de vivienda
en el tipo de descuento denominado "3".
A partir del primer bimestre de 2017, será remplazado el
salario mínimo por el valor determinado por el INFONAVIT,
para la determinación del cálculo de aportaciones de
vivienda.
Asimismo, se modificó la denominación
"VSM" (Veces Salario mínimo) por "FD"
(Factor de Descuento).
