Lee Hishammuddin Allen & Gledhill Partner, Darshendev Singh has been invited to speak at Brunei Darussalam for two consecutive seminars. He will be speaking at a seminar titled "Emerging Trends In ADR For The Construction Industry" on 10.8.2023 (9.00AM – 12.00PM), followed by another seminar on the same day titled, "Unlocking The Power Of ADR Mechanisms For Effective Conflict Resolution" (2.00PM – 4.30PM).

Darshendev will first appear as a guest speaker at a seminar organized by PUJA (Pertubuhan Ukur, Jurutera dan Arkitek/ Institute of Surveyors, Engineers and Architects) being held at the Atria Simpur Hall (JKR headquarters) where he will be sharing emerging trends in ADR for the construction industry and how they can be used to resolve disputes in a more effective and efficient manner.

He will then be speaking at a seminar organized by BDAC (Brunei Darussalam Arbitration Centre) being held at the Brunei Darussalam Arbitration Centre. Darshendev will unpack a wide range of topics aimed at providing important information and examples for effective conflict resolution through ADR mechanisms.
