Karen isaformer Director of the Asian American Bar Association of New York and co-founder and former co-Chair of its IP Committee. She is also the former Chair of the Subcommittee for Women of Colorof the Women in the Legal Profession Committee of the New York City Bar Association. Karencurrently serves onthe Fross Zelnick Diversity Committee, which includes attorneys and staff members from different departments within the firm.
