Frankfurt – Mayer Brown is advising Commerz Real on the acquisition of an ensemble of office and commercial buildings at Maximilianstrasse 12-14 and Falkenturmstrasse 5-7 in Munich's city center. Commerz Real is acting on an individual mandate for a private investor. The seller is a subsidiary of the project developer Centrum. The parties have agreed not to disclose the purchase price.

The complex, with a site area of almost 1,600 square meters and a rental area of around 6,100 square meters, was built in 1867 and is a listed building.
