The Luxembourg office of global law firm K&L Gates has advised European investment firm Gyrus Capital on its agreement to sell Intellera Consulting, an Italian consultancy firm operating in the public administration and healthcare sectors to Accenture, which plans to enhance Italian public service organizations and transform their citizen services.

Based in Geneva, Switzerland, Gyrus Capital invests in businesses that address structural needs of society and the environment, and that are positioned for long-term, sustainable growth.

K&L Gates corporate partner Yoanna Stefanova and counsel Geoffrey Delamarre advised Gyrus Capital on all the Luxembourg legal aspects of the sale agreement process.

Stefanova stated: "We are delighted to have assisted Gyrus Capital and to have been part of the team effort and cooperation of all parties involved to get this deal signed."

Cédric Perlet, partner at Gyrus Capital, said: "It has been a very exciting journey! Together with a thriving management team, we fostered Intellera's development over the past years and built a market-leading consultancy firm for the digitalisation and innovation of the Italian healthcare and public administration."

The transaction is subject to customary closing conditions.
