On 4 January 1998 amendments to the personal income tax and land tax laws were issued. Whereas the amendments to land tax were not significant, and because of this we do not comment here on these in detail, we are preparing a separate Tax Alert on the amendments to the personal tax law which we expect to issue shortly.
