New Block Exemptions For Vertical Agreements Bring Stricter Rules For Distributors With Market Power
Several block exemption regulations (BER) issued by the European Commission (the Commission) under Art 81(3) EC will expire in 2010. This applies in particular to the BER on vertical agreements and the BER on agreements in the motor vehicle sector.
