We are thrilled to report that ENSafrica was named South African
Trademark Firm of the Year at the annual Global IP Awards,
presented by prestigious IP publications World Trademark
Review (WTR) and IAM.
The Global IP Awards, which recognise law firm excellence in IP,
select winners based on rigorous research and hundreds of in-depth
face-to-face and telephone interviews with attorneys and their
clients.
We pride ourselves in working closely with our clients to
understand the commercial drivers behind their trade mark
strategies, which enables us to maximise the value that our trade
mark advice can bring to a business. We appreciate the ongoing
loyalty shown in the ENSafrica IP team by our clients and thank
them for their valuable feedback, which was instrumental in our
success in these awards. We reaffirm our commitment to continue
being our clients' go-to legal partner for all their trade
mark, and other IP, matters.
This award is further recognition of the exponential growth
experienced by ENSafrica’s IP department, which offers the
full spectrum of IP services across Africa, and in which the trade
mark practice forms a cornerstone. In just over 10 years, the
team has become a major player in the IP field on the
continent.
