Dewar and senior associate Munib Hussain were in attendance at
TXF’s MENA conference in Dubai on 9 and 10 October. On the
second day of the conference, Munib Hussain moderated the panel
“Minding your PPPs and PPAs", which included topics such
as the importance of national infrastructure drives for reinforcing
support at the official and political level, how to make the
bidding process more transparent and regulated, inspiring investor
confidence in projects and de-risking projects by funding in local
currency and providing exchange risk guarantees.
