Global law firm Clyde & Co has advised Skroutz Internet Services S.A., a company which operates an e-commerce platform in Greece, on an investment by CVC Capital Partners.

Founded in 2005 and headquartered in Athens, Skroutz operates Greece's leading e-commerce platform which connects 6 million online shoppers with over 4,500 merchants. The transaction is subject to customary regulatory approvals. The terms of the transaction are not disclosed.

The Clyde & Co team was led by Partner Simon Gamblin, who was supported by Associates Ben Chalkley and Arjun Mehta.
