In the recent case of Siemens Hearing Instruments Ltd v Friends
Life [2013] EWHC (ChD) the Court of Appeal found that a notice
which sought to be a break clause failed because it did not contain
the wording specified in the lease.
This is a useful reminder of the importance of following the
terms in the lease when exercising a break clause. Take
