We are delighted to invite you to attend the first in a series of free lunchtime seminars on key tax issues. The seminars will look at current and future tax risks, and will be presented by speakers from both our global tax practice and distinguished external speakers.

The first seminar will deal with international tax risks and will take place on Wednesday 20 October 2010. The key topics that will be covered are:

  • Managing transfer pricing risk
  • Offshore tax planning
  • International approaches to tax risk including US FIN 48 and the new economic substance rules.

This seminar provides an opportunity to share your views and hear that opinions of our expert panel. Further, if you have a question or a particular issue that you would like us to cover during the seminar, please email Amanda Ashworth on amanda.ashworth@dlapiper.com.

The seminar will be free to attend and will be accredited by the Law Society for continuing professional development purposes.
