The waiting is over! We now have the draft MER UK Strategy which was issued by DECC for consultation on 18 November 2015.
As this document will have a very significant impact on the UK Continental Shelf (UKCS) upstream oil & gas industry and how it conducts its business going forward, we urge you to review this draft Strategy (along with the draft of the Energy Bill currently making its way through the House of Commons).
