We have received reports that the "THEA II ", a 1985 built container vessel flying the Cypriot flag, has grounded outside Hull on the 16th December. It was refloated by Salvors under a Lloyds Open Form contract, and a claim for salvage will be faced by the property interests.

The claim for LOF salvage will be subject to English law and London arbitration.
